Refund and Return
If you receive a defective/incorrect item, please email our Customer Service Team at [email protected]. A picture of defective/incorrect item is required for us to process the exchange. Please allow 3-5 working days after your exchange has been approved for us to get back to you with a return order number. Packages without return order number will not be processed.

An exchange under “Defective or Incorrect Item Received”* can only be performed for a product of the same colour and size but subject to availability. In the event the item is out of stock, LBDP will offer item of the same value or arrange for full refund.
For purchases that do not fall under “Defective or Incorrect Item Received”, LBDP will not entertain such request.
*An exchange is only valid for items in its original condition and packaging and must be handled to the above stated address.
Returns and Refunds
Save for defective goods, la Brise de parfums Pte Ltd will not accept returns and/or refund on customised and personalised orders. It is imperative that you review your order carefully before confirming. Workshops registered online are strictly non-exchangeable/non-refundable at any point. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the trainer is not available, an alternative date will be arranged.
Sale and Promotional Items
Sale, promotion and/or discounted items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This also applies to orders which are made using promo codes.
All online purchases will be processed and delivered within 10 business days.
6-months warranty for electrical items with proof of purchase. Warranty only apply on manufacturing defects, it does not cover faults resulted from mishandling by the customers. Faulty Item will have to be sent back for examination and repair. Once the item is rectified or repaired (faults due to manufacturing defects) seller will not impose repair or returned shipping cost cost on the buyer.
