Warranty & Exchange Policy

1. Warranty Policy

1.1 Scope of Warranty

la Brise de parfums Pte Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) offers a limited warranty on selected products sold through our website www.labrisedeparfums.com. This warranty supplements your rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Sale of Goods Act.

1.2 Warranty Coverage

  • Diffusers: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Electrical components: 6-month warranty on parts affected by manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions: Fragrance oils, perfumes, sprays, and consumables unless stated otherwise.

1.3 Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

1.4 What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair
  • Wear and tear (e.g., fading, discoloration)
  • Spillage or non-approved substances
  • Third-party or unauthorized purchases

1.5 Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, email support@labrisedeparfums.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the defect

We will respond within 7 business days. If eligible, we may:

  • Repair or replace the item
  • Issue store credit or partial refund

1.6 Shipping for Warranty Claims

We cover return shipping within Singapore. International customers cover their own return shipping unless agreed otherwise.

1.7 Limitations of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the purchase value of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

1.8 Governing Law

This policy is governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Singapore.


2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2.2 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Fragrance oils, sprays, and opened cosmetics
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged by customer misuse

2.3 How to Request an Exchange

Email us at support@labrisedeparfums.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

2.4 Exchange Approval

We will assess your request and notify you within 5 business days. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions.

2.5 Return Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • We will ship the exchange item at no additional cost (within Singapore).

2.6 Final Notes

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet policy criteria.
